Criss took time to learn what my home-business does. He then proposed a number of very cost effective upgrades that included raising my computer’s memory. He also proposed a hard-drive backup that would pick up my work should the computer fail, and selected an operating system and new Microsoft Office suite. Additionally, Criss engineered a very effective building-wide network, using existing 35-year-old electrical wiring, and thereby permitted in-house computer communications at modest cost. To streamline communications with the outside world, Criss introduced me to new @me.com email accounts and guided us through the installation. As a final service Criss installed iChat® Screen Sharing and I can now have his help on short notice. I highly recommend CiderTech LLC.

Criss has been the doctor for my Macbook Pro® on several occasions now, and I would highly recommend him for your Apple® product needs. He replaced my hard drive, backed it up, ran CCC to streamline file space, and upgraded the operating system.
